Pricing

Clear starting pricing, with larger operations scoped before onboarding.

Sidecar starts at $199/month for a small contractor-administration or project-coordination team. The price is intended to make the core workflow usable without turning every email, document, OCR review, import, or follow-up into a metered event.

$199/month starting plan

For one hosted workspace and up to five users.

The starting plan includes:

  • Today and All Work views for daily prioritization
  • Customer-specific requested-item and requirement tracking
  • Document expiration and renewal tracking
  • Waiting-on, follow-up, task, and activity-history workflows
  • Reviewed outbound request emails and connected inbound email review
  • Spreadsheet import, OCR-assisted document intake, and workspace exports
  • Operational reports, product updates, documentation, and standard account and product support

What standard support means

Standard account and product support helps your team use Sidecar successfully. It includes help with account access, product questions, troubleshooting, and reasonable guidance using Sidecar's existing features and your configured workflow.

Support is handled primarily in writing so questions and answers remain clear and traceable. The base subscription does not include real-time availability, recurring meetings, guaranteed response times, customer-data maintenance, workflow operation, third-party portal work, document or compliance interpretation, custom reports, custom development, or customer-specific integrations.

When a request requires hands-on work with your data or process, Sidecar will describe the additional scope and price before beginning.

Assisted onboarding

Sidecar is designed to bring existing spreadsheet knowledge forward, but not every spreadsheet needs the same amount of help.

Quick Start — $499 one time

Best for one clean, reasonably structured workbook with recognizable customers, documents, and statuses.

Assisted Setup — $999 one time

Best for one workbook that needs moderate normalization or more hands-on configuration.

Multiple independent workbooks, extensive cleanup, duplicate reconciliation, historical data reconstruction, custom import transforms, or ongoing data maintenance require a separate quote.

When the $199 starting plan may not apply

Sidecar reviews and quotes larger or more demanding operations before onboarding. That includes:

There are no surprise usage charges. If the starting plan is not a reasonable fit, the scope and monthly price are agreed before onboarding. Rather than publish arbitrary volume thresholds, Sidecar confirms the appropriate plan from the actual team size, workflow, and support needs before onboarding.

Sidecar is software, not outsourced administration

Sidecar organizes the workflow around customer-required documents. Your team remains responsible for reviewing records, deciding what is acceptable, communicating with customers and brokers, and completing required portal work.

The software subscription does not include:

Hands-on implementation or operational services are separately scoped and never added as surprise usage charges.

Common questions

Is support included?

Yes. Standard asynchronous support for account access, product questions, troubleshooting, and reasonable guidance using Sidecar is included. Hands-on work with your data or business process is separate implementation or consulting work.

Will Sidecar clean up and maintain our spreadsheet for us?

Initial cleanup within the selected onboarding package is limited to the agreed workbook and setup scope. Ongoing cleanup, repeated imports, reconciliation, or record maintenance is not included in the software subscription.

Can we schedule recurring support calls?

Recurring working sessions are not included in standard support. Additional training or implementation sessions can be scoped separately when needed.

Does Sidecar submit documents or chase brokers for us?

No. Sidecar keeps the requests, replies, waiting states, follow-ups, documents, and history organized. Your team still performs the underlying administrative work unless a separate service agreement explicitly says otherwise.

Early-access approach

A practical first step is a focused pilot with a manageable set of real customers and workflows. The goal is to prove that Sidecar helps your team answer what is missing, who has the ball, and what needs attention today before anyone commits to a larger migration.
