Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Sidecar marketing website, public demo, and authenticated application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of Sidecar
Sidecar is an administrative workflow tool for organizing documents, tasks, customer or platform requirements, statuses, and expiration dates. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm another person or organization.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and temporary credentials, and controlling access to your account. Notify Sidecar through the Contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Your information and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information you enter into Sidecar and for deciding what actions to take based on that information. You represent that you have the right to submit and use the information placed in your workspace.
Sidecar helps organize administrative work. It does not provide legal, safety, regulatory, or compliance advice, evaluate the legal sufficiency of documents, decide whether any requirement has been satisfied, or guarantee customer, platform, certification, or approval outcomes.
Intellectual property
Sidecar and its website, application, design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Sidecar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Sidecar technology or branding to you.
Availability and changes
Sidecar may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, demo, or application. Features may change as the service develops. Sidecar may also update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidecar is provided "as is" and "as available." Sidecar disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidecar and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Sidecar's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Sidecar for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
